1) What this ministry is…
The finance committee puts together and balances the yearly budget for the church. They also monitor the finances throughout the year.
2) Are meetings held? How much time is involved?
Meetings are open to the congregation. Most of the meetings are held September-November to put the budget together. Other meetings may be held throughout the year on an “as needed” basis.
3) Are any special talents or qualifications needed?
An interest in church finances is all that is required.
