Bread Bakers

1) What this ministry is…

Bread bakers use a standardized recipe to bake enough bread for the Sunday services, plus the Tuesday noon service.

2) Are meetings held? How much time is involved?

Bread bakers typically provide bread every five to six weeks.

3) Are any special talents or qualifications needed?

The only qualification needed is a desire to contribute to the celebration of the Eucharist. The church office provides the recipe. It’s important to use the standardized recipe because the recipe produces a bread that does not crumble. The recipe can be adapted to a bread machine.
